Commissioned by the Fano Jazz by the Sea Festival, the composition "Memories of you" is dedicated to the very first edition of the festival, when Lionel Hampton was hosted.
Through a re-adaptation that dilutes the original track by Lionel Hampton in the rain, I remodeled Hampton’s track on my compositional method, remembering the storm that marked the performance of the musician many years before.
